Caitling and HayleyHORSES COMPETING in CA, KY, as well as several other states, will need a six-month Coggins. This Coggins may be drawn at Goose Downs Farm, provided it is six weeks prior to the competition. Different competitions may have other requirements. Check the Omnibus. Note: For horses that arrive at Goose Downs Farm without a Coggins, we reserve the right to have one drawn by our veterinarian, at the
owner's expense.

Note: Horses competing in California may also be required to obtain prior approval for
entry 10 days before shipping. Goose Downs will obtain the permits.

Note: Health Certificates for inter-state hauling purposes are obtained the Tuesday before
each competition. These are good for different periods of time in different states. Count
on 10 days unless you know differently.

FOR HORSES COMPETING at training level and above, it is strongly recommended that their shoes be drilled and tapped for studs. The Goose Downs Farm Farrier can do this for you, provided we are notified in a timely manner. Studs can be obtained through many tack stores. Types vary with different footing. Read the studs insert in your student packet.

are on a worming program of Strongid-C. Strongid-C is a daily fed wormed. If your horse will be here for an extended stay, and is not presently on a worming program, please notify me upon entering the barn. I will paste worm your horse and start it on Strongid-C within the first two days of arrival. I strongly
recommend that you have with you your horse's halter, shank, blankets, sheets, and at least one set of bandages for standing wraps. Label all items to avoid confusion and loss.
